A combination of hits and misses
Clean and comfortable accommodations with a fantastic location near attractions. The breakfast was very good, featuring a solid continental spread and tasty omelets! 🌟
Accessibility can pose a challenge due to steep steps to the entrance and inadequate shower space. Early morning noise from the belltower might be disruptive for light sleepers.

the breakfast offer was absolutely mediocre, I almost thought it was a joke. I mean, who serves a horrible squash instead of fresh orange juice? I also expected some kind of welcome gift for my inconvenience, but I guess I woudl ve been asking too much. I just couldn’t give more than two stars here, how disappointing!

Staying at the Slavija while exploring Split was delightful. The location offered easy access to the old town's historical sites. My room, though small, felt charmingly rustic. Breakfast featured fresh fruit, enhancing my mornings. Minor inconveniences like noise were overshadowed by the vibrant atmosphere.

It was just a commendable fit for a weekend pause in Split with value for money. The staff went out of their way, even packing me a breakfast to take along since I was leaving early. Consider asking for the room with a terrace for nice views.

The hotel is steeped in history, with its origins dating back to the late 16th and early 17th century, and the remains of Diocletian's hot baths even visible in the dining room. The minimalist rooms are equipped with essential amenities like WiFi and air conditioning, providing a comfortable yet unpretentious stay, and paired with a fascinating courtyard setting that enchants visitors.
Getting to the hotel can be tricky, especially with various paths through the city. the room I had was small, and while it was acceptable, it was a bit cramped upon arrival. Noise from a nearby café can be bothersome late at night, with revelers keeping things lively until early morning, making sleep a bit of a challenge at times.

Perfect spot in the heart of the action
We had a fantastic stay for 4 nights. The room was a comfy triple with a lovely terrace. Perfect for enjoying the city vibe. Breakfast was solid, and I really loved the fresh fruit. On the downside, the room lacked AC, making it kinda warm at times. a wonderful experience! 🌟

The front reception team excelled in friendliness and offered great local tips. Breakfast included a delightful selection of fresh fruits, alongside warm dishes prepared by a talented chef. The hotel’s prime location provided easy access to all major attractions, especially the stunning city views I could enjoy from my terrace.
The noise from nearby bars disrupted my sleep at times.
